How we Inspire Kids To Achieve Their Goals
Building Life Tools Through Inspriation
- As adults, we have worked on mastering these tools for years.
- Too often, our kids come by them by happenstance or by watching how their peers deal with things. We teach them that our beliefs and thoughts are a choice, and we have complete power over them.
- In our coaching time together, we will intentionally put in place tools that will teach them to master the ups and downs that come their way, like life changes, school stresses, mistakes and disappointments.
Building a Positive Mindset
Let’s shine a light on what those insecurities are and where they are coming from, so we can replace them with a more positive mindset.
Let’s get them focused on forward movement and growth.
These are things we come across every day, but the child who can deal with them without major setbacks will be above and beyond most kids today.
Inspiration In Journaling
Journaling is a highly healing practice, and the best things about it are that it has no rules, and it packs maximum benefits!
Journaling can be used to:
- Working through feelings.
- Tracking adventures
- Learning about a particular subject focus
- Planning future goals
- Building a routine and a child's love of writing.
A fun way for your child to celebrate confidence is to start a bravery journal, where they can list things they did throughout the week which made them feel proud of themselves.
